What types of websites do you build?

My website development services start from your business goal, not from a template. The three most common formats are:

• Landing page — one focused page for a product, service or ad campaign. Best when you need leads quickly, for example to send traffic from Google or Instagram ads.
• Business (corporate) website — several pages about your company, services, portfolio and contacts, with a blog and an admin panel so the site can grow with you.
• Online store — a catalogue, cart, payments and an admin panel for orders and stock. Suitable for shops that want to sell directly instead of only through marketplaces.

An online booking system can be built on the E-commerce package. If your case is different — a client portal or a web app with user accounts — it is built as a custom project on the same stack.

How is website development priced?

Website development starts at $500 for a landing page, and the price grows with the number of pages, the features and how much content still has to be written. The packages keep it predictable: their starting prices are in the pricing table below, and you get an exact quote before any work starts. Why do speed and Core Web Vitals matter?

Visitors leave slow pages, and Google uses page experience signals, including Core Web Vitals, when it ranks results. That is why the sites are built on Astro or Next.js, ship very little JavaScript, serve images in modern formats and are hosted on a global CDN. The result is a site that opens almost instantly even on a mid-range phone, which is how many of your customers will see it first.

Astro, Next.js or WordPress: which is right for your site?

It depends on what the site has to do. For most business websites, where speed and search visibility matter most, I use Astro: pages are generated in advance and load with almost no JavaScript. For online stores, customer accounts and web apps, Next.js or React with a proper backend is the better fit.

WordPress is popular and has a huge plugin ecosystem, but a typical theme-plus-plugins site loads more code and needs regular plugin and security updates. You do not need it to edit content yourself: my Business and E-commerce sites come with an admin panel — for example, baq-stroy.kz uses a git-based CMS, and aktobe-lighting.kz runs a full store admin on React, Fastify and PostgreSQL.

Is the website ready for SEO and AI search?

Yes. Search visibility is planned from the first page, not added later:

• a logical page structure and headings that match what people search for;
• unique titles and meta descriptions for every page;
• structured data (schema.org) that describes your business, services and contacts in a machine-readable way;
• an XML sitemap, clean URLs and correct language tags for multilingual sites.

The same foundations help in AI search: Google AI Overviews and AI Mode are built on Google’s core ranking systems and link to pages that are already indexed. What should you prepare before website development starts?

Not much — but the more is ready, the faster the launch. It helps to have:

• the main goal of the site and the action you want visitors to take (call, WhatsApp message, order);

• your logo, photos of your work or products, and any brand colours;
• two or three websites you like, from any industry;
• access to your domain, if you already own one.
