Services Digital Marketing
Turn ad spend into customers. I plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Telegram — with conversion tracking set up properly, so you see exactly what every dollar brings back.
In short
Digital marketing services from codeyev (Ibrahim Aliyev): social media marketing and paid ads on four channels, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and YouTube, TikTok and Telegram, with conversion tracking and monthly reports. SMM Basic (social media management) starts from $250 a month; ad management starts with Growth, from $450. The ad budget goes straight to the platforms.
Each platform has its own audience and ad formats. Pick one — or combine several in a single strategy.
Feed, Stories and Reels ads on Facebook and Instagram, click-to-WhatsApp ads and lead forms, tracked with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
Search, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns that reach people already searching for your service, with call and form tracking.
In-feed video, Spark Ads and lead forms on TikTok, with Pixel and Events API tracking and the right ad account route for your country.
Official sponsored messages in public Telegram channels, run in your own self-serve account: channel targeting, ad texts, Gram payment, tracking.
My digital marketing services cover everything between your offer and a paying customer: the channel plan, the campaign setup, the landing page, the tracking and the report. The three packages in the pricing table below build on each other: SMM Basic keeps your social pages active, Growth adds paid ads on two channels of your choice, and Full-funnel runs all four ad channels together, with a campaign landing page, email and retargeting.
I am Ibrahim Aliyev (codeyev): I plan and run the campaigns, and I also build websites and set up analytics. That removes the usual gap between “the ads are fine” and “the website does not convert”.
You provide the photos, videos and banners, along with the facts about your business and offer. I write the ad texts on every channel: Google Ads headlines and descriptions, Meta and TikTok ad copy, and Telegram’s sponsored messages. The rest of my work is the campaign structure around them: setup, audiences and targeting, placements, bids and budgets, tracking, optimisation and reporting.
Before launch I tell you exactly which formats, sizes and lengths each platform needs, for example vertical video for Reels and TikTok. I write every text within the platform’s limits, such as 30-character headlines in Google search ads or 160 characters on Telegram, and check the texts and your creatives against the platform’s ad rules, so nothing gets stuck in moderation.
The right channel is the one that matches how your customers find you. People who already search for a product are best reached with search ads; people who do not know you yet are reached with visual ads in their feeds. The short version for 2026:
| Channel | Best for | What to know in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Türkiye |
|---|---|---|
| Meta Ads | Visual products, local services, chats in WhatsApp and Instagram Direct | Works in all three markets; local VAT may be added to ad spend, and ads shown in Türkiye carry a 5% Meta location fee |
| Google Ads | People already searching; YouTube video | No Azerbaijani or Kazakh language targeting, so ads for Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan usually run in Russian or English |
| TikTok Ads | Short video and product discovery | Self-serve in Türkiye; in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan the account is opened in your company’s name through the route TikTok offers there |
| Telegram Ads | Audiences that read Telegram channels | Sponsored messages in public channels, run from your own self-serve account and paid in Gram (formerly Toncoin) |
It usually makes sense to start with one or two channels and add more once tracking shows what pays off. None of these four channels is a practical way to reach audiences inside Russia: Google, Meta and TikTok do not serve ads there, and Telegram ads aimed at Russia carry legal risk in 2026. A step-by-step comparison is in the guide on choosing an advertising channel.
Here SMM means the organic side of social media: a content plan, regular posts and page upkeep, so people who see your ads find an active page they can trust. In the SMM Basic package I run two platforms, keep the content calendar and send a monthly report. The content plan and materials are agreed with you at the start: what gets posted, and who prepares the photos and videos for the posts.
SMM on its own builds trust with people who already follow you, but it rarely brings a steady flow of new customers. For that, the Growth package adds paid ads on top of the same pages.
Separately from my fee, and straight to the platform. SMM Basic (from $250 a month) covers social media management only; paid-ads management starts with the Growth package, from $450 a month. Either way, the ad budget goes from you to the ad platform, not to me, and you decide how much to spend.
Because the budget never passes through me, you always see exactly what the platforms charged.
Tracking is set up before the first ad goes live; otherwise, the platforms optimise for clicks instead of customers. Depending on the channels, that means the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API, the Google tag with GA4 key events and enhanced conversions, and the TikTok Pixel with the Events API. Telegram ads from a self-serve account lead to a channel, bot or post, so their results come from Telegram’s ad statistics and from UTM tags on the links onward to your site. Enquiries from WhatsApp, calls and forms are counted too, so the monthly report shows the cost of a real lead, not just of a click.
With an agency you usually talk to an account manager, while the ads, the website and the analytics are handled by different people. With me you talk directly to the person doing the work. When a campaign needs a faster landing page or a new tracking event, I make the change myself, without a handover between teams.
Ad spend is paid directly to the platform and is not included in the package price.
We agree on one measurable goal (leads, messages or sales) and review your website, social pages, markets and any previous campaigns.
I pick the channels that match how your customers look for you, suggest how to split the ad budget and list the formats and sizes your creatives need on each platform. You decide the budget and can change it as results come in.
I install the platform pixels, analytics and UTM tags, and check the landing page. If there is no page that converts, the Full-funnel package includes a campaign landing page.
I write the ad texts, check them and your photos, videos and banners against each platform's ad rules, then launch the campaigns in ad accounts registered to your business with several creative and audience variants, so the budget quickly moves to what works.
I adjust targeting, bids and budgets based on the data, pause ads that stop working, write fresh texts and tell you which new photos or videos to prepare. Once a month you get a report: spend, leads, cost per result and next steps.
No. The ad budget is paid directly to Meta, Google, TikTok or Telegram (for TikTok in Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan, through the route TikTok offers for that country). Local VAT may be added depending on your country and tax status, and for ads shown in Türkiye, Meta and Google also add their own surcharges. My fee covers setting up and running the campaigns; the budget never passes through me.
Four ad channels: Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Threads), Google Ads and YouTube, TikTok and Telegram Ads, plus organic SMM. We use only the channels that fit your business and audience.
SMM Basic, which is social media management without paid ads, starts from $250 per month. Paid-ads management starts with Growth, from $450 (ads on two channels of your choice), and Full-funnel with all four channels and a campaign landing page starts from $750. The ad budget comes on top, is paid to the platforms and is set by you; I recommend a starting budget for your goal after the brief.
Start where the demand is. If people already search for what you sell, Google catches them at the moment of need. If your product sells through visuals, Meta is usually the first choice, and TikTok works when short video suits your offer and you can supply new videos regularly.
You provide the photos, videos and banners and tell me about your offer. I write the ad texts on every channel, from Google Ads headlines to Telegram's 160-character messages, and build the campaign around them: structure, audiences, placements, budgets and tracking. Before launch I send the formats and sizes each platform needs and check everything against its ad rules.
Through conversion tracking set up before launch and a monthly report. You see how many leads, calls and sales each channel brought and what each result cost.
Yes, as well as in Azerbaijan and worldwide. Each market has its own rules: for example, Google Ads has no Azerbaijani or Kazakh language targeting, and, according to TikTok's own list (updated November 2025), self-serve ad accounts can be opened in Türkiye but not in Azerbaijan or Kazakhstan, where the account is opened in your company's name through the route TikTok offers for that country. I plan around these limits from the start.
Yes. Campaigns run in business and ad accounts registered to your company, and I work in them with the access you grant me. If we stop working together, the accounts, audiences and data stay with you.
