Services Digital Marketing Facebook & Instagram Ads (Meta)
Feed, Stories and Reels ads on Facebook and Instagram, click-to-WhatsApp ads and lead forms, tracked with the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
In short
Meta Ads is one system for advertising on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp and Threads. I handle Facebook and Instagram ads management: campaign structure, audiences, ad texts, tests of the creatives you provide, and Meta Pixel and Conversions API tracking. Packages start from $250 a month, with ad campaigns included from $450; the ad budget is paid to Meta directly.
Facebook ads management makes the most sense for businesses that can show their offer visually and want to reach people before they start searching. Meta ads work especially well for:
People scrolling Instagram are not looking for you the way they do on Google. The ad has to earn their attention in the first second, which is why the creative and the audience matter as much as the budget.
One campaign in Meta Ads Manager can run across Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, Threads and the Meta Audience Network. The main placements are:
Advantage+ placements, the default setting, lets Meta decide where each ad runs. I keep it when a creative fits every format and choose placements manually when it was made for one format only, such as a vertical Reels video. One limit applies to every placement: Meta ads cannot reach audiences inside Russia.
The objective tells Meta which result to optimise for, and the format decides how the offer looks. Ads Manager has six objectives: Awareness, Traffic, Engagement, Leads, App promotion and Sales. For most businesses I start with Leads or Sales, because they optimise for enquiries and purchases rather than clicks. The main formats are:
You provide the photos and videos for these formats, and I write the primary text and headlines. I tell you which sizes and aspect ratios each placement needs and check the texts and materials against Meta’s advertising standards before the campaign goes to review.
The strongest audiences now come from your own data and Meta’s automation, not from long lists of interests. You can still target by location, age, gender, language and detailed targeting (interests and behaviours), but the best results usually come from:
Two changes shape every campaign plan. Meta phased out detailed-targeting (interest) exclusions in 2024–2025, so existing customers are now excluded with custom-audience exclusions. And Advantage+ automation of audience, placements and budget is now the default for sales, leads and app campaigns; Advantage+ Shopping campaigns were renamed Advantage+ Sales. Each lever can be switched off, and I decide per campaign which ones stay on.
Depending on the country, ads for credit and other financial services, employment or housing may have to be declared as a special ad category, which restricts targeting. Ads about social issues, elections or politics are a special ad category too and also need authorisation. If your business falls into one of these areas, we plan for it from the start.
Meta optimises for the events it can see, so without correct tracking a website campaign ends up optimised for clicks rather than enquiries or sales. I set up the Meta Pixel together with the Conversions API, which sends events from your server instead of the browser: website leads and purchases and, if you need them, offline sales from your CRM and messaging events. When the Pixel and the Conversions API report the same event, Meta deduplicates it, so each result is counted once, and the server events keep measurement working when browsers limit cookies. You see what each lead or sale actually costs, not just impressions and likes.
Meta is strongest at creating demand: showing your offer to people who did not know about it yet. Google Ads captures people who are already searching, and the same vertical videos can also run as TikTok ads for a different audience. If you are not sure where to start, the guide to choosing an ad channel compares the platforms, and the digital marketing services page shows how they work together.
With codeyev you work directly with me, Ibrahim Aliyev: I write the ad texts, set up the tracking, run the campaigns and, when a campaign needs one, build a fast landing page for it.
Ad spend is paid directly to the platform and is not included in the package price.
We agree on one measurable goal (leads, messages or sales) and review your Facebook page, Instagram profile, website and any past campaigns.
I install the Meta Pixel and the Conversions API and configure the events that matter, so leads and purchases are counted from the first day.
I build custom, lookalike and Advantage+ audiences. You provide the creatives (photos, videos and banners) and tell me about the offer; I write the primary text and headlines, tell you which formats and sizes feed, Stories and Reels need and check every ad against Meta's advertising standards before launch.
Campaigns go live with several creative and audience variants, and the budget moves to the combinations that bring results at the lowest cost.
I adjust budgets, audiences and placements based on the data, pause creatives that stop working, refresh the ad texts and tell you which new photos or videos to prepare. Once a month you get a clear report: spend, leads, cost per result and next steps.
There are two separate costs. My fee is a monthly package: packages start from $250, and ad campaigns are included from the Growth package at $450 (see the packages above). The ad budget is paid directly to Meta; you set it and can change it at any time.
The right budget depends on your goal, your audience and what a result costs in your niche, so I don't quote a universal figure. We start with a test budget you are comfortable with and raise it only when the numbers justify it.
Yes. Click-to-message ads open a chat in WhatsApp, Instagram Direct or Messenger, which suits businesses that sell through conversations. Lead ads with an instant form are the alternative when you want a phone number without a chat.
No. On WhatsApp, ads appear only in the Updates tab (Status and Channels); personal chats, groups and calls stay ad-free. WhatsApp opened Status ads worldwide in early 2026, and I check in your ad account that the placement is available for your campaign.
Yes. Since 1 September 2026, Meta adds Azerbaijan's 18% VAT to ad spend for accounts whose "Sold to" country is Azerbaijan, unless the business adds a validated Azerbaijani tax ID (TIN) and accounts for the VAT itself. Meta already adds local VAT in Türkiye and Kazakhstan on similar terms, and since 1 July 2026 it also adds a 5% location fee to ads shown to audiences in Türkiye. Check the tax settings in your billing account before launch.
Ads start delivering once they pass review, so first clicks and messages can arrive soon after launch. Reliable numbers need a few weeks of data while the delivery system and the creative tests settle. I don't promise a number of leads; I show you what each result really costs.
Not always. Ads can lead to WhatsApp, Instagram Direct or an instant form inside Facebook and Instagram. For online sales, a fast landing page usually converts better, and I can build one.
Yes. Campaigns run in your own Meta business portfolio (formerly Business Manager) and ad account, and I work in them with the access you grant me. If we stop working together, the campaigns, audiences and data stay with you.
